Vave in its own terms: clause numbers and their limits
Vave is the only brand here whose link is paid for by an advertiser, so its clauses are copied with their numbers: 3 days in clause 8.1, 50,000 USDT in clause 8.8, 14 days for papers in clause 8.7.
Where the money for this page comes from
The link to Vave is the only one leading off these pages, and it is paid for. That is why there is no score here, only a transcript of clauses, as beside the other nine.
The licence and the company behind the brand
The licence number reads OGL/2024/1676/0905, issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority on 19 May 2025, and on 2 September 2026 the register showed it as active. The holder is Latcas B.V.
The brand name and the company name diverge here as elsewhere. Why that decides who receives your documents is set out on the page about the company behind the brand.
Payout: deadline, instalments and a wagering condition
Clause 8.1 ties processing to a deadline of up to 3 days and splits any request above a payment system’s limit into instalments.
Clause 8.8 names that limit: 50,000 USDT is paid out in equal instalments over up to 30 days. Anyone counting on a large win leaving in one piece should read that clause before depositing.
Clauses 8.11 and 8.12 require a deposit to be played through before a payout: three times in the casino, once on the sports side, at minimum odds of 1.1.
Clause 8.1 also lists three grounds for refusing a request: a deposit made through an electronic payment system, a payout amount out of proportion to the stakes placed, and misuse of the account.
How that limit stands against the others is shown on the page about payout limits.
Documents are requested at discretion, not by amount
Vave publishes no threshold in euros. Clause 8.7 ties the right to check to every payout and to the operator’s assessment, and the deadline for supplying papers is 14 days.
The forms of check are listed too: a selfie with an ID document, one with a handwritten sign, a phone call and a live video call. The document must show a name, a photograph, a date of birth and citizenship. Missing the deadline costs the account and the winnings, in the same clause.
The difference between a contractual threshold and a discretionary power is set out on the page about identity checks.
Fees, and what was not read beside them
Two fees stand alongside a payout.
Up to 16 USDT goes to an intermediary bank, and 12.5 euros to a transfer of funds on closing an account.
The coin list is not among the sections we opened, so that field stays blank; the seven houses that publish one are held by the page about coins. The sportsbook and the casino share one account here.
What was not read about Vave here
The restricted-territory list at Vave was not opened, so no claim about Croatia’s place on it is made here. At the other nine that list was read and Croatia is absent from it, as the page about Croatia in the terms covers.
Offer terms were not read, here or anywhere else. Vave holds no Croatian approval, and neither do the other nine: the Act does not open one to a foreign company, as the page about who holds an approval sets out.
