A name that cannot be pronounced
Nine of the ten brands in the table publish the name of the company the contract is made with. Eight of those names are names. The ninth is a number.
The holder of this licence is entered as 3–102–959384 SRL. That is how it stands in the register that issued the licence, and that is how we copied it; which register assigns that number and how it is searched we did not check.
For a player the consequence is practical. A brand name is easy to search; a company number is not recognised by a search as a name, so the route from a screen to a legal person takes longer than at the others. A licence from Curaçao
The licence mark reads OGL/2024/1063/0437, it was issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority, and the status in the register reads active.
That record is worth more here than elsewhere. Where a holder’s name says nothing, the register is the only place tying the company number to a licence and to its status, so it remains the only link between the brand and a legal person. Croatian law does not punish taking part. The fines reach the operator and, since 2025, the advertiser.
