A contract with Metaspins N.V. and what that means
Of the 9 company names recorded in this table, one repeats the brand: Metaspins N.V., a company entered in Curaçao under number 160102. Licence OGL/2024/1063/0437 stands in the register with an active status.
A company name that is the brand name
Nine of the ten brands in the table publish the name of the company the contract is made with. Eight of those names share no word with the brand. The ninth is the brand name itself.
The holder of this licence is entered as Metaspins N.V. Beside the name the certificate gives the company number in Curaçao, 160102, and says the company was incorporated under the laws of Curaçao; that is how it stands in the register that issued the licence, and that is how we copied it.
For a player the consequence is practical. At the other eight brands the route from a screen to a legal person runs through the licence number, because the names do not match; here they do, so the route is shorter. A licence from Curaçao
The licence mark reads OGL/2024/1063/0437, it was issued by the Curaçao Gaming Authority, and the status in the register reads active.
